He obtained his Bachelors in Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, and his Master of Science from Northeastern University in the USA. He holds a doctoral degree from Southern Cross University, Sydney, Australia.
He is also the Pro-Chancellor of SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), Chennai, one of India’s top private educational institutions.

Sundar is a dedicated and seasoned leader, bringing over 25 years of experience in various areas including Automotive, Embedded Systems and Retail. With a proven track record in leadership, strategic planning and operations, Sundar spearheads the development of vision, strategy and its implementation. Throughout his career, Sundar has demonstrated a strong ability to build cross-functional teams, foster collaboration across matrix structures, and deliver results that drive business growth.

A seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in ESDM across the automotive, industrial, and consumer markets, Uday combines deep technical expertise with strong contributions in product design, sales enablement, and marketing strategy, bringing a holistic perspective to his leadership. He has been instrumental in reshaping the contract manufacturing business across Asia and North America and currently leads Embedded360, the product engineering and manufacturing arm of SRM Tech.

Mark was instrumental in pioneering over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates for SYNC (HMI) and TCU (Telematics) systems, deploying them to millions of vehicles. In 2014, his team became the first to implement OTA technology at a leading OEM, setting industry benchmarks.
